BOOKING / POLICY
All new Clients are required to book a consultation prior to hair treatment. This is so I can learn about your hair history and current hair's health to determine the correct course of treatment to prevent any further damage.

All new Clients are required to put down a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 for any color services & a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 for all extensions services if it is your first appointment with us. The deposit will go towards the remaining balance on the day of appointment. Existing client is required to put down a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50.
A Debit/Credit card is required to be put on file at the time of booking in the case of cancellations & NO SHOW. Appointments will not be scheduled & confirm without a card.
All appointments require a 72-hour notice for any RESCHEDULING or CANCELLATIONS. If an appointment is cancelled before the 72-hour notice, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. NO SHOW on the day of appointment will be charged the full price of service . In the case that the card declines, you will be blocked from scheduling future appointments.
